Traders are required to send signed withdrawal requests every time they wish to withdraw funds. While we realize that this is inconvenient to you and while we apologize for the hassle, this is an anti-money-laundering policy that we must abide by (*UMOO reserves the rights to delay and/or stop withdrawal requests until final approval has been received).
All withdrawals must be approved by our internal review team before they are processed. The review normally takes 24-48 hours.
If at any point before process completion you wish to cancel your request, simply go to the “Cashier” section. You will be notified via email once the processing of your withdrawal request has been completed.
